What’s included: * Initial Intake – You'll receive a detailed intake form to complete before our first session. This helps me prepare so we can make the most of our time. (Required 24 hours in advance.) *60-Minute Online Consult – We’ll talk through your caregiving challenges, identify what matters most right now, and co-create a plan that feels realistic and doable. * 30-Minute Follow-Up (2 Weeks Later) – We’ll reconnect to review how the plan is going, tweak what’s not working, and celebrate what is. * Ongoing Support Options – After your consult, you’ll have the option to purchase additional sessions at a discounted rate or join a cohort group for continued connection and support.
