Service Description
45 minutes with me, one-on-one. Before we talk, you'll fill out a short intake form so I walk in already knowing your situation. We'll spend our time on what actually matters — your specific challenges, not generic advice. Afterward, you'll get a written summary with real recommendations you can start using right away.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—especially in caregiving. If you need to reschedule your session, I completely understand. I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your slot to another caregiver in need. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss the session, I’m not able to issue a refund—but I’ll gladly apply one courtesy reschedule for emergencies, no questions asked. This policy helps me show up fully for every caregiver while keeping my practice sustainable. Thank you for understanding.
